Prep Time 5 minutes Serving Yield 1 cocktail This light and lemony cocktail packs some intense flavor thanks to two key ingredients: Meyer lemon and egg white. Meyer lemon is abundant in the cooler months, and lends a sweet note to this gin fizz. When served, the foamy egg whites rise to the top of the cocktail like a layer of the fluffiest snow imaginable.
