We recruit in multiple regions within the US and work with a geographically-diverse network of farms across a wide range of climates, so no matter where you’re located, you can count on our team to help you care for your birds and their unique needs.

We have a dedicated, world-class farm team whose #1 goal is to nurture strong ongoing relationships with our farmers. Our experts will be there to guide you from the earliest stages of financing and building a barn through the entirety of the flock cycle.

As a multi-brand company, we produce a wide range of products, so our pasture requirements leave room for a diversity of landscapes. We'll help you figure out how to make your acreage work for you.

We offer long-term contracts, allowing you to have financial stability. Some of our farmers have been with us for over a decade!
