We share responsibility and costs by maintaining ownership of the birds and providing all chicken feed, ensuring that you and your family aren’t subject to the burdens of market fluctuations. And because we’re invested in your flock, your success is our success.

Whether you're just getting started in the industry or have a well-established farm, we'll meet you where you're at. We're proud to accommodate a wide range of farm sizes.

Our payment terms are straightforward, with no hidden deductions or complex calculations, and designed to empower you as a business owner.

We recruit in multiple regions within the US and work with a geographically diverse network of farms across a wide range of climates, so no matter where you’re located, you can count on our team to help you care for your birds and their unique needs.

We have a dedicated, world-class farm team whose #1 goal is to nurture strong, ongoing relationships with our farmers. Our experts will guide you from the earliest stages of financing and building a barn through the entirety of the flock cycle.

As a multi-brand company, we produce a wide range of products, so our pasture requirements leave room for diverse landscapes. We'll help you figure out how to make your acreage work for you.
