Pete & Gerry’s pioneered the humanely raised egg category nearly 30 years ago; we paved the way for better and are still doing it best. Support our long-standing relationship with No Kid Hungry, working together to make strides forward in ending domestic childhood nutrition insecurity.

We’ll donate a minimum of 1MM eggs to our local communities in addition to a $150k monetary donation, which can provide up to 1.5MM meals to children facing nutrition insecurity. We’ll also continue to use our Pete & Gerry’s Family of Brands’ social and digital platforms and partnerships to drive awareness and advocacy for the pervasive issue of childhood hunger and food insecurity in the U.S.

Ongoing and continued evaluation to effect and implement measures to ensure we’re using energy responsibly across and throughout our supply chain, including farming, processing, and logistics.

In addition to our solar-powered plant in Iowa, in Summer 2025 we’ll install a solar field at our flagship processing facility which will make our New Hampshire campus 100% energy self-sufficient.

Continuously audit processes to ensure equitability, placing emphasis on a workforce representing diverse races, genders, ages, sexual orientations, religions, cultures, and ways of thinking, promoting strides forward relative to connectivity and opportunity.

In the spirit of our brand culture of community and inclusivity, we’ll ensure equitable access to English language classes, continuing education, mentorship opportunities, and leadership training, in addition to fostering Employee Resource Groups in support of underserved internal stakeholders.
