Pickle cocktails are having a moment, and this one earns the hype. Briny, bright, and just sweet enough, the Pickle Sour gets its silky foam from a Pete & Gerry’s egg white, while dry vermouth, lemon, and dill pickle brine keep every sip crisp and balanced. It’s equal parts trend-forward and genuinely delicious.
