Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350° and grease a 9x13 inch (or similar) casserole dish with butter or oil.
  2. Place croissants into the greased casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle in bacon pieces.
  4. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour beaten eggs over and into the cracks.  
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until eggs are set and top is browned.
  7. Serve immediately.
