Crispy, cheesy, and full of comfort, this Bagel Egg-in-a-Hole is as easy to make as it is to love. With the air fryer doing all the heavy lifting, breakfast (or anytime snacking) comes together in minutes. Each bite is made better with Nellie’s Free Range Eggs, from hens raised on small family farms with plenty of room to roam. Certified Humane® and full of rich, golden flavor, these eggs turn a simple bagel into a hearty, feel-good meal you can enjoy anytime.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 350° and line fryer basket or a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drizzle oil on parchment paper and place bagel halves cut side down.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top of bagels.
  4. Crack one egg into each bagel hole.
  5. Air fry for 5-6 minutes or bake 10-15 minutes or until egg whites are set and cheese is melted and slightly crispy.
  6. Serve immediately.
