IS Technician - Greencastle

Looking for someone who is curious, customer focused and skilled at methodical problem solving. We are a customer service department who delivers this service through Information Services. Ability to work well with our team and collaborate on projects and tasks easily.

Maintain knowledge of commonly used operating systems and company-wide distributed software, problem solve and administer local and remote user issues, triage help desk tickets, document work performed and tools developed, configure and deploy new PC's, printers and mobile devices, identify continuous improvement opportunities in the Information Technology area, and show up each day curious, with a methodical problem solving approach ready to wow our users with outstanding customer service.

CompTIA, A+ and/or Microsoft Windows certification Microsoft InTune Business Central Server Administration Group policy development Systems security Network problem solving, planning and maintenance Work independently and self motivated 1-3 years of relevant experience required. Intense curiosity of how things work. Able to understand technical topics, while communicating clearly and confidently with an average user. Desire to please customer, regardless of their technology savviness. Able to remain focused during intensely stressful situations. Comfortable working with personalities different than your own. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
