  • 8 biscuits made from scratch or canned, chopped into 1-inch squares
  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked sausage links, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 large Pete and Gerry’s Organic Eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

Spread biscuit pieces in an even layer into a greased 9- by 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle sausage over biscuit layer, then top with shredded cheese.

Step 3

Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk, then add milk and whisk until well incorporated.

Step 4

Pour egg and milk mixture over the top of casserole and gently shake the dish so that the mixture evenly coats the ingredients. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are completely set.

Step 5

Carefully slice casserole into squares and serve immediately.

Made this for breakfast on Thanksgiving morning and my family & I all loved it. Used apple chicken sausage and it gave it a great flavor.
