Sunday Raspberry and Sour Cream Crêpes
Rinku has a crêpe recipe that she often uses and ensures the reader that, “my recipe like most of my cooking is rather forgiving, so yes, try and get these babies as thin and round as you would like, but, do not lose sleep over them.” This is encouraging to even the more novice cook. Her inspiration for these crêpes came from the amazing flavor of garden fresh summer strawberries. The unique flavor of these crêpes comes from the addition of the spice cardamom.
