Carole Murko makes vanilla custard with our heirloom eggs

Carole Murko is a culinary artist from western Massachusetts who learned to cook by watching her mother and grandmother. She expresses her passion for entertaining, cooking and feeding friends and family on her website, Heirloom Meals.
Carole shared a recipe using our Pete and Gerry`s Heirloom Eggs with Dan Bazile and Tim Drawbridge on the Weekend Show on Newschannel 13 in Albany NY. She made creamy vanilla custard with rhubarb on the side. The tart rhubarb was sweetened with local maple syrup and was the perfect complement to the smooth sweet custard.
