I bought a half-dozen of your eggs today at the Eastside Food Co-op in NE Minneapolis. I fried one up and it was pttery good! I’m thinking scrambled or boiled is the way to go. The white really doesn’t spread out in the pan like a chicken egg. I did a little photo collage on Facebook and linked to your home page. I’m going to hard boil and pickle some next. Thanks!
